• Check in / Check out

  check in:
  between 3 pm and 5:30 pm.
  Outside of these hours, the reception is closed; please let us know in advance if you wish to arrive later.

  check out:
  no later than 11 am on your day of departure.

• Breakfast

  Breakfast costs €19 per person and must be ordered at the time of booking.
  When you arrive, a breakfast box will be waiting for you at the chalet.

  In partnership with “Boomshakalaka”, your breakfast consists of local homemade products with bagels, butter, peanut butter, jams, yoghurt, muesli, fruit juice, coffee, tea or hot chocolate….

• Children

  Children and babies are welcome; please note that the dormitory is on the mezzanine.

• Animals

  Pets are allowed, but you must request this when booking. €25 per night, per dog.

• Smoking

  Smoking is not allowed inside, smoking is permitted outside, but cigarette butts must not be thrown into the garden.

• Payment

  You can either pay by a credit/debit card, and full payment will be made at the time of booking.

• Cancellation

  In case of serious medical issues or death – The stay will be

  fully reimbursed if we are provided with medical proof or the death certificate of one person who was to occupy the property.

   

  For all other cancellation reasons – If you cancel more than 10 days from your arrival date, 50% of the reservation amount will be refunded, but if you cancel 10 days or less before your arrival date, there is no refund.

   

  If we had to cancel or modify your reservation:

  We reserve the right to cancel or modify your reservation in extraordinary circumstances; you’ll receive a full refund and explanation and a 50% reduction on one night in the future.
